Years ago in a Surfers Tropical Paradise on the North Shore of Oahu, we met a couple who invited us to a small street festival down the road. There were vendors selling all sorts of treasures from the island. An old Hawaiian man caught our eyes and invited us in to sit and talk. He was somewhat reclined and swinging a bit in a unique chair we had never seen. We sat down and were immediately amazed at the comfort we were experiencing. Little did we know, this was just the beginning. A year later, in San Jose, Mexico we encountered another haven for those who cherished a good siesta. The design was quite the same, and the comfort was also very serious. Both encounter was different, but the buzz was the same ... People were always amazed. | Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. |
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any of our products, you can return it within 30 days.
A restocking fee of $10 and actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The product must be returned in new condition, packed in original packaging, and complete.
Take special care to note how product was packaged to assure ease of repacking product.
Call us prior to return to receive a return authorization number.
Products with shipping charges included in price will still incur shipping charges.
Be sure to print the return authorization number on the outside of package.
If delivery is refused, you are still responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We charge a Cancellation fee of $10 to cancel an order after it has been submitted. This charge is for reversing credit card charges, cancelling any shipping arrangements, and miscellaneous accounting procedures that must be done. If we cannot stop the shipping process, you are also responsible for actual shipping charges incurred with your order. Orders placed before Noon (Pacific Time) are normally shipped that day. If we can stop your order from shipping, no shipping charges will be charged to you. Cancellation arrangements should be made by phone preferably (877-843-2424) and by e-mail for best results. Refusing delivery of the package at your specified delivery location will still incur shipping charges both ways.
